WHAT WILL MY FIRST SESSION BE LIKE?

The first appointment includes a thorough health history intake, pulse and tongue assessment, description of the treatment plan and an initial acupuncture treatment. Any specific issues, questions, or concerns relating to the treatment plan and goals are encouraged to be addressed at this time.

HOW LONG IS AN APPOINTMENT?

An initial appointment may last up to an hour and a half with follow-up appointments lasting about an hour in time.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash and Check are preferred method of payment. Credit cards, FSA cards, or any other credit card is accepted with an additional 4% processing fee. Insurance is not covered, however it is suggested you contact your health insurance provider to see if you can get reimbursed for Acupuncture. Receipt of payment and bill containing acupuncture codes can be provided upon request. It is the responsibility of the patient to communicate with their insurance provider to see if they qualify for Acupuncture coverage and/or reimbursement of payments made toward Acupuncture treatments.
